GCE Medical, part of ESAB, is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to drive growth across Italy within our Medical Gas Systems business. You will develop relationships with installers, OEMs, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders to expand our market reach.

You will manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing orders and supporting project execution, collaborating with technical, quotation, and project management teams to deliver compliant, industry-leading gas

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience within the medical technology or healthcare sector.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and growing business within a territory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent Italian and professional English.
• Willingness to travel across Italy.
