JD Logistics in Volpiano, Italy is seeking a skilled Large Item Delivery Team Leader to direct outbound transport operations, route planning, and a dispatch team for bulky goods. You will coordinate with in-house fleet and external carriers to meet tight delivery windows and maintain high service levels.

This role requires strong leadership, experience with heavy freight or large appliances, and fluency in English and Italian, with Mandarin being a plus.

Competenze

• Greenfield launch leadership in outbound transport, delivery operations, or cross-docking.

Mansioni

• Lead the outbound distribution floor and delivery routing desk for large-item logistics.
• Manage a dispatch team and coordinate with internal fleet and 3PL partners.
• Ensure high On-Time Delivery (OTD) with real-time route tracking and issue resolution.
• Optimize capacity, reduce empty miles, and manage loading and handovers at bays.
