Hologic is seeking a driven Breast Interventional Sales Specialist to cover Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Marche & Umbria in Italy. You will champion our breast interventional and surgery portfolio, building trusted relationships with clinicians and expanding market reach.

You will spend 70-80% of your time traveling to customer sites, including operating rooms, to support territories, achieve targets and deliver compelling clinical and economic value.

Competenze

• Surgical medical device sales experience with territory growth.
• Strong sales acumen including territory planning and segmentation.
• Knowledge of hospital processes and regulations in surgical environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for clinical/economic cases.

Mansioni

• Drive business growth, market share and sales performance in Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany.
• Travel 70-80% to visit customers, operating rooms and breast surgery units.
• Develop and implement a structured territory plan and customer segmentation.
