Integra LifeSciences Corporation in Italy seeks a Tissue Reconstruction Territory Manager & Product Specialist to drive growth across North & Center Italy. The role combines clinical knowledge with strategic sales to advance hospital partnerships and enhance patient outcomes.

You will train clinicians, coordinate with regional teams, and ensure correct use of tissue reconstruction products while building lasting relationships with surgeons and staff in major centers.

Competenze

• MSc in Biology, STEM faculties or Biomedical Engineering in Medical Devices.
• Experience with burn/reconstructive surgeons and wound care specialists.
• Working knowledge of Tissue Reconstruction products.
• 2 years related experience.
• Knowledge of plastic surgery and wound care procedures including burns, trauma, chronic wounds, oncology, DFU, nerve repair and reconstructive surgery.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong relationship-building and coordination across functions.
• Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills.

• Advance and close business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Targeting and strategic planning with Regional and National Sales Managers.
• Assist in transitioning post-acquisition/conversion to new clinical practices.
• Assess and develop technical/clinical competencies of customers.
• Support sales team by educating hospital faculty on product range.
• Prepare technical and scientific documents for tenders.
• Provide scientific, technical and operational support for sales team and distributors.
• Attend hospital meetings and OR demos; participate in national tissue reconstruction organizations.
