Hologic, Inc. is seeking a driven Breast Interventional Sales Specialist to join our team in the Emilia-Romagna & Tuscany region of Italy. You will be the face of Hologic on the ground, building trusted relationships with clinicians and championing our breast interventional and surgery portfolio to expand its reach and impact.

Expect to travel 70-80% of your time, develop territory plans, articulate product features, and stay informed on market trends to shape your sales approach.

Competenze

• Surgical medical device sales experience with territory growth.
• Strong sales acumen including core sales methodologies, territory planning, and segmentation.
• Understanding of hospital processes and regulations within surgical environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with analytical ability to interpret sales data and address customer issues.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business.

• Drive business growth, market share and sales performance within the Emilia-Romagna & Tuscany territory.
• Take ownership of achieving performance targets while ensuring excellence in customer relationship management and support.
• Spend 70–80% of your time travelling, regularly visiting customers in operating rooms and breast surgery units.
• Develop and implement a structured territory plan and customer segmentation to maximise coverage.
• Understand and clearly articulate product features, benefits and applications for interventional and surgical solutions.
• Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, competitors and local market landscape to shape your sales approach.
