Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Sous Chef to run operation with high standards
• Train and manage kitchen team and ensure punctuality and appearance
• Oversee HACCP, recipes, costing, allergen and calorie counting
• Participate in menu tastings and new concepts
• Support stewarding and HOH operations to maintain efficiency
• Contribute to safety, hygiene, and equipment audits
