Horizonia is seeking a bilingual Italian and English-speaking Customer Support Agent to represent world-leading brands from Athens, Greece. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, delivering friendly, professional service.

Relocation is provided with full support including flight reimbursement, hotel on arrival, and Greek contract setup. Expect a competitive base salary around 1,200–1,500 EUR gross per month plus a performance bonus and two extra monthly salaries per year.

Competenze

• Italian: C1/C2 level written and spoken.
• English: B2 level or higher (working proficiency).
• EU Citizenship required for employment.
• Strong communication, empathy and customer-first mindset.
• Experience in customer support or call center is a plus; training provided.

• Serve as primary contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
