Horizonia is seeking an Italian and English-speaking Customer Support Agent to join a global team in Athens, Greece. You will support customers via phone, email, and chat, across tech, travel, automotive, and social media brands.

Responsibilities include resolving issues, documenting interactions in the CRM, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. A full relocation package and competitive base salary are offered.

Competenze

• Italian language at C1/C2 level (fluent/native-level written and verbal communication).
• English at B2 level or higher (working proficiency).
• Citizenship: EU Citizenship.
• Soft skills: strong communication, empathy, customer-first mindset, problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a Customer Support/Call Center is a plus; paid training provided.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
