Job summary

Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking an ERP Support professional for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Capellen, Luxembourg. The role focuses on data integrity, administrative operations, and collaboration with multiple departments in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities include ERP data maintenance, invoicing, shipping support, and compliance with ISO 9100 quality procedures. Fluency in French and English is required, with strong MS Office and ERP systems skills.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative or assistant experience, ideally in industrial environment.
• Organize and prioritize work and make appropriate decisions.
• Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills with both internal and external customers.
• Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working with ERP systems.
• Ability to be a team player and work in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update information in the ERP system.
• Ensure accurate information is shared with relevant departments and properly archived.
• Participate in shipping meetings and provide administrative support.
• License plate creation and updates; item creation; clocking issues; job order tracking; debugging.
• Issue invoices and credit notes for orders and consignment stocks.
• Verify and control transport invoices for accuracy.
• Follow ISO 9100 quality management procedures.
• Comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
