Job summary

Stern Energy Spa in Italy seeks an IT Specialist – ERP Support to provide functional and technical support for ERP systems, ensuring smooth operation across functions and countries. Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ERP processes (preferred procurement, supply chain, operations and maintenance)
• Experience in ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and user support;
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• C1 level proficiency in English and B1/B2 in German (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for ERP systems to end users
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues across business functions and countries
• Support ERP users by providing guidance, training, and maintaining documentation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into potential ERP improvements
• Assist with ERP enhancements, system upgrades, and new module implementations
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants when needed
• Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and compliance with IT standards
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation
