Responsibilities

• Coordinate le offerte con Marketing e Vendite per presentare proposte vincenti.
• Definire e gestire Bid Plan e guidare le attività di bid durante il ciclo di vita.
• Garantire che le offerte rispettino tempi, costi e qualità previsti.
• Preparare e/o revisionare documenti di Bid e Offerte.
• Assicurare la consegna tempestiva del Bid Pack e supportare le negoziazioni.
• Trasferire senza intoppi il bid nella fase di progetto e supportare il lancio.

Overview

As a Bid Manager at Thales Alenia Space, you drive winning bids in collaboration with Marketing and Sales. You set up and manage bid plans, lead cross-functional bid activities, and ensure timely, compliant bid delivery. You translate customer requirements into a viable project baseline aligned with company policy, guiding negotiations and the transition to project execution. Your role shapes customer solutions in an international, multi-disciplinary environment, delivering impact across complex aerospace programs.

Responsabilità

• Coordinate bids with Marketing and Sales to prepare winning submissions
• Set up and manage the Bid Plan and lead Bid activities through the lifecycle
• Define a viable baseline and project structure aligned with customer requirements and company policy
• Ensure on-time, on-cost, and on-quality bid execution
• Prepare and/or review Bid and Offer Documentation
• Ensure timely delivery of the Bid Pack
• Contribute to customer negotiations
• Smoothly transition the bid into the Project phase and support project launch
• Capture lessons learned to close the Bid and share enterprise knowledge

Requisiti fondamentali
