Job summary

Hotel La Palma in Capri seeks a dedicated Bellperson to welcome guests with a courteous, attentive approach. You will escort arrivals, handle luggage, arrange hydrofoil tickets, and offer local information while maintaining a safe environment and accurate service records.

The role includes assisting with check-in/check-out from the port to the pier and driving the hotel vehicle as required. Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, stay composed under pressure, and handle heavy

Qualifications

• Clear communication required.
• Must remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift in indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Long hours may be required.
• Heavy lifting up to 50kg and frequent lifting of luggage carts.

Responsibilities
