Satispay in Monza, Lombardy, is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to design and deliver scalable payment systems. You will own the story from intake to production, mentor peers, and contribute to a tech-forward roadmap across Java/Spring Boot, AWS, and data-driven solutions.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of industry experience with Java.
• Foundational understanding of cloud platforms (AWS a plus).
• Fluent in English and passion for FinTech or startup environments.
• Clear, professional communication and teamwork.
• User-focused mindset to support great backend UX.

Mansioni

• Own the full story lifecycle from intake to production release.
• Develop robust, scalable backend solutions with technical excellence.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship aligned with the roadmap.
• Estimate effort, resolve blockers, and participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders.
