Sephora Firenze Calzaiuoli is seeking a Back Office Assistant to support Store Managers, plan team schedules, and manage vacation calendars.

You will organise recruitment, screen CVs, schedule interviews, onboard new joiners, and oversee filing and archiving; SAP familiarity is a plus.

Experience in similar roles within multinational retail, knowledge of key KPIs, and a collaborative, empathetic approach will help you thrive in this dynamic environment.
