Burberry in Florence is seeking an organized store back-of-house support person to ensure inventory control, stock handling from hub or warehouse, and accurate receiving. You will assist omnichannel stock pullback and maintain tidy back-of-house areas in line with operations standards.

Key tasks include quality control, reporting discrepancies, supporting aftersales processes, and general admin to help events and merchandising. SAP experience is desirable.

Mansioni

• Responsible for all aspects of inventory control including receiving stock from hub or warehouse and ensuring accuracy.
• Support the sales team with retrieving stock in a timely manner, including Omnichannel and stock pullback.
• Keep back of house tidy and compliant with Retail Operations and Standards.
• Perform quality control on all products and report issues to store lead.
• Support aftersales processes (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to elevate client experience.
• Ensure stockroom equipment is working and raise concerns through proper channels.
• Handle ad hoc administration and assist with events, merchandising, stock taking and related duties.
