Würth IT Italy is expanding its Back Office Inside Sales Team within the System & Service Management Solutions department. You will actively support sales activities, manage orders from receipt to processing, and prepare documentation while updating customer data.

Collaboration with other teams ensures smooth daily operations; knowledge of SAP and MS Office is advantageous, with remote working options and a flexible schedule provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent Italian, German and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, patient, methodical and detail oriented.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage a high workload.
• Good knowledge of common IT tools, including SAP and MS Office.
• Knowledge of admin and tender procedures software is a bonus.

To expand our Back Office Inside Sales Team within the System & Service Management Solutions department, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional who will be responsible for actively supporting sales activities.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, from receipt through processing, supporting delivery activities through the preparation of commercial documentation, entering and updating customer data and all related activities, and establishing continuous collaboration with other teams/departments to ensure the optimal execution of daily business operations.

Requirements

• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a similar role or related fields.
• Fluent knowledge of Italian, German, and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong aptitude for interpersonal relationships.
• Strong motivation for the role, patience, methodical approach, and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility to manage a high volume of activities in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines.
• Good knowledge of common IT tools, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, SAP.
• Knowledge of administrative and legal regulations, as well as the related software tools supporting public tender procedures, will be considered an advantage.

We offer

• For this position, we offer a gross annual salary between EUR 30,000 and EUR 45,000 (CCNL Commercio). The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and the responsibilities of the role, in compliance with the principles of pay transparency.
