Würth IT Italy expands its Back Office Inside Sales team within the System & Service Management Solutions department. The role supports sales activities and handles orders from receipt to processing, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient daily operations.

The ideal candidate speaks Italian, German and English, with at least two years in a similar role, and demonstrates strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar Back Office/Inside Sales role.
• Fluent Italian, German, and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office, SAP).
• Familiarity with public tender procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through processing.
• Support delivery activities with commercial documentation.
• Enter and update customer data and related records.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
