Job summary

Finanz - your favourite personal finance app in Milan is seeking a results-driven partner manager. You will own relationships with B2B partners from go-live onward, ensuring growth and expansion through upsell opportunities.

In a hybrid role blending customer success and sales, you’ll analyze partner performance, present results to senior stakeholders, and collaborate with product and founder teams. Travel to meet partners in Italy and abroad will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of at least three languages among Italian, English, Spanish and French.
• Natural sales instinct: you can lead a meeting, read the room and close.
• Solid understanding of digital products; you can speak product with confidence.
• Strong presence and communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner go-lives from kick-off to launch, coordinating with product and tech teams.
• Track partner performance post-launch and translate data into concrete improvement plans.
• Be the main contact for partners: run meetings, present results, handle objections and negotiations.
• Spot and close upsell and expansion opportunities with existing partners.
• Contribute partner feedback to the product team and drive initiatives when appropriate.
• Travel to meet partners in Italy and abroad.
