Job summary

Air Dolomiti, part of the Lufthansa Group, invites qualified pilots to join as a First Officer based in Italy. You will share responsibility for aircraft, crew, and passengers while upholding safety, punctuality, and service excellence.

Open to rated and non-rated pilots; selection follows Lufthansa standards. Requires EASA licensing, MCC certificate, and 2000 flight hours in multi-crew operations. Attractive benefits and career development opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• ATPL(A) or CPL(A)/IR with ATPL theory (EASA Part-FCL)
• MCC certificate
• Advanced UPRT Training in accordance with EASA FCL.745
• 2000 flight hours in commercial airline operations in a multi crew cockpit (CS-25 and CAT)
• Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Good command of English (minimum ICAO Level 4)
• EU citizenship or unlimited residence and work permit
• Passport with unrestricted validity (if not an EU passport, it must not entail stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport)
• Strong leadership potential and teamwork skill

Responsibilities

• Operate Air Dolomiti aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring punctuality and high service quality for guests
• Prepare and conduct flights in accordance with Air Dolomiti’s procedures and regulations
• Actively cooperate with crew members, ground staff, and air traffic control
• Continuously maintain and develop professional knowledge and skills
• Act responsibly with a strong commitment to sustainability
• Contribute to Air Dolomiti’s development and promote a collaborative work environment
