Air Dolomiti invites Experienced First Officers to join full-time direct-entry positions based at Florence, Venice or Verona. You will fly in a multi-crew cockpit under Lufthansa Group standards, ensuring safety and punctual operations across a growing European network.

Open to rated and non-rated candidates, with bases offering high quality of life and extensive flight privileges and benefits.

Formación

• Minimum 2,000 total flight hours in multi-crew airline operations.
• EASA ATPL(A) or CPL(A)/IR with ATPL theory; MCC; Advanced UPRT (FCL.745).
• Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• English ICAO Level 4+.
• EU citizenship or unlimited EU residence/work permit.
• Passport with unrestricted validity; non-EU passport holders must meet entry conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, conduct, and complete flights in full compliance with company SOPs, applicable regulations, and Lufthansa Group standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Captain, cabin crew, ground operations, and ATC to deliver a seamless passenger experience.
• Exercise sound operational judgment and proactive decision‑making in dynamic environments.
• Champion a strong safety mindset, continuous learning, and professional development.
• Contribute positively to a respectful, diverse, and growth-oriented team culture.
• Open to both rated and non-rated candidates.
• Choose from three bases: Florence (FLR), Venice (VCE), Verona (VRN).
