TSMG is seeking Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technicians to support maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and readiness of autonomous vehicle fleets across Europe. You will work with AV Operations Leads and depot teams to minimize downtime and ensure fleet uptime for robotaxi operations.

The role involves hands-on repair, EV diagnostics, high-voltage safety, software updates, and hardware support for autonomous driving systems. Experience with EV platforms and ADAS is highly valued.

Competenze

• 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair skills.
• Good understanding of electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
• Experience with diagnostic tools, service software and repair documentation.
• Ability to follow strict safety procedures.

Mansioni

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
• Ensure vehicles are ready for daily deployment, testing and autonomous ride-hailing services.
• Inspect fleets for uptime, safety and readiness; diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and software issues.
• Escalate complex issues with clear documentation to engineering teams.
• Support high-voltage systems and EV charging readiness in depot operations.
• Assist with installation, inspection and replacement of autonomous driving hardware.
• Perform software updates and validation checks; maintain service records.
