MSX International in Italy is seeking an Automotive Technical Delegate / Flying Doctor to join our field-based support network. You will diagnose and resolve complex electrical and drivability faults, support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely, and deliver first-time-right repairs across fleets.

Using wiTECH and DiagBOX, you will read wiring diagrams, produce clear technical reports, and coach technicians while feeding insights into continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience in automotive diagnostics, technical support, or field service.
• Proven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults.
• Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools.
• Able to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Experience with workshops or engineering teams.
• Multi-site field support experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

We'relooking for an experienced automotive diagnostic specialist to support dealerships and repairers withcomplex vehicle issues.

You’llbe the escalation point when otherscantfix it - helping reduce downtime and deliverfirst-time-right repairs.

Whatyou'lldo:

• Support dealerships and repairerson-site and remotely
• Diagnose and resolvecomplex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults
• Use OEM tools (e.g.wiTECH,DiagBOX) for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterization
• Identifyroot causesusing wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Support bothindividual cases and wider technical issues across fleets
• Create cleartechnical reports and case updates
• Coach technicians andprovidehands-on guidance
• Feed recurring issues into continuous improvement

What you bring:

• Strong experience inautomotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field service
• Proven ability to fixcomplex electrical/electronic faults
• Hands-on use ofOEM diagnostic tools
• Confidence readingwiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams
• Ability to support and guide technicians
• Preferred: experience in field-based or multi-site support, multi-brand exposurewith anOEM/importer technical support background

Technical knowledge

• Modern vehicle systems:powertrain, ADAS, body electronics
• Networks:CAN / LIN /FlexRay
• Diagnostic methods:root cause analysis, guided diagnostics, flashing

Language

• WorkingproficiencyinEnglishrequired(written and spoken)
• Additional European languages are a plus
