Job summary

MSX International is seeking an experienced automotive diagnostic specialist to support dealerships and repairers with complex vehicle issues. You’ll be the escalation point when issues can’t be fixed, helping reduce downtime and deliver first-time-right repairs.

You’ll diagnose electrical, electronic and drivability faults, use OEM tools such as wiTECH and DiagBOX, read wiring diagrams, and coach technicians while feeding recurring issues into continuous improvement. English language required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in automotive diagnostics or technical support.
• Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults.
• Use OEM tools (wiTECH, DiagBOX) for diagnostics, flashing and parameterization.
• Create clear technical reports and case updates.
• Coach technicians and provide hands-on guidance.
• Feed recurring issues into continuous improvement.
