The Luxury Collection Florence is seeking an experienced Housekeeping & Laundry Coordinator to support daily operations. Responsibilities include inspecting rooms and public areas after cleaning, coordinating with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry, and updating room status to ensure adherence to quality standards.

The role supports management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff, while upholding safety policies and protecting company assets and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related work experience: at least 1 year.
• Supervisory experience: at least 1 year.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping, engineering, and front desk tasks.
• Assist management in hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
