adidas Italy is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive a premium store experience on the shop floor.

You will lead a team, coach colleagues, and ensure visual merchandising and KPIs are monitored to boost performance. The role emphasizes collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement, with development opportunities and employee benefits.

Competenze

• Minimum 18 months of retail experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong team leadership and coaching skills.
• Solid understanding of retail operations and store processes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and drive performance.
• Good knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily store operations in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Lead on-floor to deliver premium consumer experience.
• Motivate, coach, and develop team to reach targets.
• Ensure store processes and standards run smoothly.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance and profitability.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Handle interpersonal situations professionally and foster team culture.
• Take ownership of store responsibilities and lead initiatives.
• Step in for Store Manager when required.
