adidas Leccio Firenze is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive store performance by supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and retail standards. You will lead the team on the shop floor, ensuring a premium adidas experience, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

You will help recruit, onboard, and train new hires, monitor KPIs, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines while stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

Competenze

• Minimum 18 months of experience in a retail environment (sports/fashion preferred), including supervisory responsibility or experience as Assistant Store Manager.
• Strong team leadership and coaching skills.
• Solid understanding of retail operations and store processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance.
• Good knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
