adidas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Arezzo, Italy. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead the sales floor with a premium consumer experience, and coach the team for targets and growth.

Responsibilities include recruitment support, KPI analysis, and ensuring Visual Merchandising aligns with brand guidelines. Minimum 18 months in retail with supervisory experience, fluent in English and Italian, and a fixed-term, full-time contract with a starting salary of €34k.

Competenze

Minimum 18 months of experience in a retail environment (sports/fashion preferred).
Experience in a supervisory role or as Assistant Store Manager.

Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and execution of retail standards.
Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver premium consumer experience.
Motivate, coach and develop team members to hit store targets.
Drive execution of store processes and standards for smooth operations.
Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new hires.
Monitor and analyze store KPIs to improve performance and profitability.
Ensure Visual Merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
Handle interpersonal situations professionally and maintain a positive team environment.
Step in for Store Manager when required.
