Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help create an exceptional shopping experience for guests. You will lead sales and merchandising tasks, support the Store Manager, and train Teammates while preparing to step in as Store Manager in their absence.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, managing daily operations, and driving guest satisfaction. This role advances from AIT to Assistant Manager with increased leadership duties and accountability.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and motivate teammates.
• Leadership experience or potential in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary guest service and drive sales performance.
• Lead and develop Teammates; train in Buckle standards.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising and cash handling.
• Assist Store Manager and cover leadership duties as needed.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new teammates.
