Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee to fulfill the mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will engage in sales, merchandising and operations tasks, work closely with the Store Manager, and develop leadership skills to eventually manage the store.

You will train Teammates, handle daily store duties, and be prepared to step in as Store Manager when needed. Flexibility and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in a relevant field, or one to three months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist in recruiting, training and mentoring Teammates.
• Lead merchandising, display and store presentation per Buckle guidelines.
• Help manage store operations, cash handling and register procedures.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and support leadership.
• Support management in achieving sales and guest loyalty goals.
