Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support daily store operations, sales generation, merchandising and guest service. You will work closely with the Store Manager to learn Buckle’s retail business and how to excel in management while delivering an enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, assisting with merchandise, operating the POS, restocking, and participating in team training.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in relevant field of study.
• No prior experience or training necessary.
• Interest in long-term commitment with Buckle.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Assist with merchandise displays, restocking, and checkout procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and return/exchange policies.
• Support store management and participate in training and development activities.
