Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive guest service, sales, and leadership across the store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to recruit, train and motivate Teammates, ensuring adherence to Buckle standards and the Performance Tracker.
