Job summary

The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts, part of Marriott International, seeks an attentive hospitality professional to oversee daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction. You will supervise staff, participate in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching to maintain high service standards.

This role requires at least 2 years in hospitality, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment across our luxury properties in Italy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works as a team to deliver optimum service.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Escort safety and security policies and procedures; report incidents to management.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
