Zusammenfassung

LEMKEN Italia s.r.l. is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Italy to lead strategic sales initiatives and strengthen the LEMKEN brand across the Italian market from a home-based setup in Verona, Italy.

You will organize demonstrations, field days, trade fairs and dealer promotions; build and motivate a nationwide dealer network; and coordinate with Marketing, Product Management and R&D at headquarters in Germany to anticipate market trends.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales, service or product management for agricultural equipment.
• Strong interest in farming and dealer network management.
• Good technical understanding and strong communication skills.
• Familiar with social media tools and MS Office; tech-savvy.
• Willing to travel frequently, including seasonal peaks.
• Fluent in Italian; good English or German verbal/written skills.
• Ability to work in a growing team and engage with partners.

Your responsibilities:

• Strategic planning and implementation of all sales activities
• Further build up the LEMKEN brand in the area and extend the business
• Implementation of sales programs andmonitoring of dealer stock
• Actively organize individual demonstrations, field days, trade fairs and sales promotion activities
• Motivate and expand an active dealer network for LEMKEN in the sales area
• Daily support for dealers in selling and servicing LEMKEN products
• Recognize market and innovation trends and work together closely with Marketing, Product Management and R&D at the headquarters in Germany

Your skills and qualifications:

• Experience in a Sales, Service or Product Management position in agricultural equipment
• Interest and knowledge of farming, agricultural machinery and dealer relations for the sales of agricultural machines in the sales area
• Good technical understanding as well as high level of communication and intercultural skills, commitment and ability to work in a growing team
• Experienced with Social-Media-Tools, MS Office and comfortable with new technology
• Ready to travel frequently and upon seasonal needs
• Fluent in Italian as well as good verbal and written communication skills in English or German
