Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a leader to build and develop the Account Management team for the Padova, Verona and Bologna area. You will own 360° the business of top partners, lead a team of five, and shape growth, promotions, and operations while monitoring KPIs and market developments.

You will stay close to partners, drive data‑driven decisions, and foster a fast-paced, ambitious culture. Fluency in English/Italian is expected; Spanish is a plus.

Competenze

• Solid experience in fast-paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms or top tech companies).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with 5+ people (2+ years).
• Data-driven decision making and strong business judgment.

• Build and develop the AM team to win the market in Padova, Verona and Bologna.
• Own 360º the business of Top Partners in the area.
• Lead a team of 5 and define the long-term strategy for Growth, Promotions, Advertisement and Operations.
