Oberalp Group in Bolzano, Italy, offers a six‑month internship with our Customer Operations team. You will gain a 360° view of the customer journey, from order entry through delivery to after‑sales service, helping ensure quality, quantity, prices and delivery dates.

Responsibilities include data entry in the ERP system, first‑level support, order status coordination, logistics assistance and supporting marketing projects.

Competenze

• University student or degree in economics or related field.
• Excellent Italian; good English; German is a plus.
• Experience with ERP/Excel is a plus.
• Customer-oriented with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Data entry in the ERP system and order data management.
• Assist first-level support for inquiries about the company, brands and products.
• Support clients, Sales Representatives and Store Managers in order management and availabilities.
• Assist deliveries and logistics, and the administrative area for payment checks.
• Analyze customer pain points, issues and needs.
• Support the marketing department in various projects.
