Talent Garden is seeking an AI Transformation Strategist to join our Strategy team within the B2B Corporate Transformation unit. You will design and lead agentic workforce programs end to end, from the initial client conversation to embedding new ways of working supported by AI agents, across Foundation, Build and Scale phases.

Our approach centers people, guiding employees to map their processes, co-design agents, and adapt roles as workflows evolve.

Competenze

• Facilitate workshops with teams and managers to map and redesign processes.
• Engage with senior stakeholders including IT to drive adoption of AI initiatives.
• Demonstrate hands-on understanding of GenAI tools and automation in real projects.

Mansioni

• Lead discovery sessions with C-level and business leaders to identify pain points and prioritize AI use cases.
• Run participatory workshops to map AS-IS processes and design TO-BE workflows.
• Build business cases for AI agents and automation, translating tech into measurable impact.
• Co-design agents with end users and coordinate technical partners to manage scope and timelines.
• Redesign roles and ways of working as processes change, guiding adoption until measurable.
