Job summary

Allianz Technology is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive AI Factory initiatives. You will turn OE pain points into funded AI projects, shape demand, and steer multiple engagements from scoping to handover across Allianz Operating Entities.

Role requires strong stakeholder management, business framing, and executive communication skills, with fluency in English and knowledge of AI technologies. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Experience steering delivery or programmes in a larger organization.
• Ability to translate business problems into delivered software, ideally in insurance or regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder, business-framing, and roadmap-shaping skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Form engagement squads with engineers and IT teams for OE engagements.
• Shape and execute OE demand, making AI Factory capabilities visible and mapping building blocks to pain points.
• Steer multiple engagements in parallel across the full lifecycle from scoping to handover.
• Cut scope where not adding value, validate assumptions quickly, and adjust course as needed.
• Own the build-to-run handover to global service or local IT teams with a smooth transition.
• Maintain OE relationships after go-live and prepare structured executive-level decision materials.
