CRIF is seeking an AI Service Delivery & Agentic Manager to govern the AI portfolio across SBC1, SBC2, and GT teams in Italy. You will own the roadmap, oversee end-to-end delivery, and ensure security, compliance, and operational readiness of all AI use cases.

The role requires strong ITSM, governance experience, and excellent stakeholder management, with a focus on enterprise security and regulatory requirements. A permanent contract and competitive compensation are offered.

Competenze

Experience in ITSM, service delivery, or governance.
Knowledge of AI/GenAI and enterprise platforms.
Strong security, compliance, deployment and ops processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

Own and maintain the AI use case roadmap, tracking progress, priorities, dependencies, and risks.
Ensure end-to-end governance of all AI initiatives under development.
Assess technical, operational, and security implications of each use case, including integrations, deployment models, monitoring, performance, and availability requirements.
Coordinate with GT and enabling teams to ensure successful implementation and production readiness.
Ensure compliance with enterprise operating models, legal, security, and regulatory requirements.
Verify adherence to company standards and policies, including API exposure, penetration testing, monitoring, and operational support processes.
Drive service readiness and ensure AI solutions are delivered according to ITSM best practices.
