CRIF is seeking an AI Service Delivery & Agentic Manager to govern and coordinate the AI portfolio across multiple teams. The role oversees end-to-end delivery, roadmaps, dependencies, and production readiness to ensure secure and compliant AI services.

The position focuses on governance, security, and operational readiness, with negotiations for ITSM-aligned service delivery and stakeholder collaboration. The role is permanent and salary starts at €50,000 gross per year.

Competenze

Strong experience in IT Service Management, service delivery, or technology governance.
Knowledge of AI/GenAI solutions and enterprise platforms.
Solid understanding of security, compliance, deployment, and operational support processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional cooperation.

Mansioni

Own and maintain the AI use case roadmap, tracking progress, priorities, dependencies, and risks.
Ensure end-to-end visibility and governance of all AI initiatives under development.
Assess technical, operational, and security implications of each use case, including deployments, monitoring, and availability requirements.
Coordinate with GT and enabling teams to ensure successful implementation and production readiness.
Ensure compliance with enterprise operating models, legal, security, and regulatory requirements.
Verify adherence to company standards and policies, including API exposure and monitoring.
Drive service readiness and ensure AI solutions are delivered according to ITSM best practices.
