CRIF is seeking an AI Service Delivery & Agentic Manager to govern the AI portfolio across SBC1, SBC2, and GT teams in Italy. You will own the roadmap, oversee end-to-end delivery, and ensure security, compliance, and operational readiness of all AI use cases.

The role requires strong ITSM, governance experience, and excellent stakeholder management, with a focus on enterprise security and regulatory requirements. A permanent contract and competitive compensation are offered.

The role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of the AI portfolio, maintaining the roadmap, managing dependencies, and ensuring that every use case is delivered as a secure, compliant, and operationally ready service.

• Own and maintain the AI use case roadmap, tracking progress, priorities, dependencies, and risks.
• Ensure end-to-end visibility and governance of all AI initiatives under development.

What we offer:

Type of contract: permanent The Annual Salary for this position starts from €50,000 gross per year. The level of classification will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector. The final compensation package, including any variable components (such as MBO) or additional benefits.
