Crif in Parma, Italy seeks an AI Delivery & Agentic Manager to govern end-to-end Generative AI delivery, from ideation to production, ensuring governance, security, and reliability. The role combines deep AI expertise with delivery leadership to drive roadmaps, architecture standards, and cross-functional collaboration across platform, cloud, and security teams.

• Own and maintain the AI delivery roadmap, ensuring visibility, prioritization, dependency management, and risk mitigation across all AI initiatives.

The AI Delivery & Agentic Platform Manager is responsible for governing and driving the end-to-end delivery of Generative AI solutions across the organization, from ideation and architecture through development, production deployment, and operational excellence.

The role combines strong technical expertise in AI technologies, including RAG, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, and MCP-based architectures, with delivery leadership and governance responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

What we offer:

Type of contract: permanent

The Annual Salary for this position starts from €50,000 gross per year.

The level of classification will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector. The final compensation package, including any variable components (such as MBO) or additional benefits
