CRIF è alla ricerca di un AI Service Delivery & Agentic Manager per guidare la governance e la consegna dell portfolio AI. Sarai il punto centrale per la roadmap, le dipendenze e la conformità, con attenzione a sicurezza, operatività e qualità del servizio.

Il ruolo richiede competenze in ITSM, gestione di progetti AI e capacità di collaborare con team interdisciplinari per garantire disponibilità e produzione soddisfacente.

• Esperienza consolidata in ITSM, service delivery o governance tecnologica.
• Conoscenza di soluzioni AI/GenAI e piattaforme enterprise.
• Buona comprensione di sicurezza, conformità, deployment e supporto operativo.
• Ottima gestione degli stakeholder e collaborazione trasversale.

Mansioni

• Gestire la roadmap dei casi d’uso AI, monitorando progresso, priorità e rischi.
• Garantire governance end-to-end di tutte le iniziative AI in sviluppo.
• Valutare impatti tecnici, operativi e di sicurezza di ciascun caso d’uso e integrazioni.
• Coordina con GT e team abilitanti per l’implementazione e la produzione.

Role Overview

Può ottenere maggiori dettagli sulla natura di questa posizione e sui requisiti per i candidati leggendo quanto segue.The AI Service Delivery & Agentic Manager will act as the central governance and coordination point for AI use cases developed across SBC1, SBC2, and GT teams. The role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of the AI portfolio, maintaining the roadmap, managing dependencies, and ensuring that every use case is delivered as a secure, compliant, and operationally ready service.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the AI use case roadmap, tracking progress, priorities, dependencies, and risks.
• Ensure end-to-end visibility and governance of all AI initiatives under development.
• Assess technical, operational, and security implications of each use case, including integrations, deployment models, monitoring, performance, and availability requirements.
• Coordinate with GT and enabling teams to ensure successful implementation and production readiness.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise operating models, legal, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Verify adherence to company standards and policies, including API exposure, penetration testing, monitoring, and operational support processes.
• Drive service readiness and ensure AI solutions are delivered according to ITSM best practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience in IT Service Management, service delivery, or technology governance.
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI solutions and enterprise platforms.
• Solid understanding of security, compliance, deployment, and operational support processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional cooperation

Salary

• The Annual Salary for this position starts from €50,000 gross per year.
• The level of classification will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector.
• The final compensation package, including any variable components (such as MBO) or additional benefits.
