Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced AI Strategy Consultant to help clients shape high‑impact AI programs in Europe. You will define AI and GenAI strategies, design governance, and advise C‑level stakeholders on value realization.

You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, align transformation roadmaps with business goals, and contribute to thought leadership and client development as Capgemini continues to scale its AI Strategy & Governance practice.

Your Role

• Defining AI and GenAI strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps that are closely aligned with clients’ business objectives and long‑term vision.
• Designing and implementing AI Governance and Responsible AI frameworks, ensuring compliance, transparency, risk management, and ethical AI adoption across the organisation.
• Advising senior executives on AI investment priorities, use‑case portfolios, and value realisation opportunities, translating complex topics into clear and actionable business decisions.
• Overseeing complex consulting engagements, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, data, and change management to deliver measurable client impact.
• Supporting clients in scaling AI capabilities through governance structures, Centres of Excellence, and enterprise‑wide adoption approaches that drive sustainable transformation.
• Helping shape and expand our AI Strategy & Governance practice through active contributions to proposals, thought leadership publications, and client development initiatives.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Digital Transformation, Data & AI, or Technology Advisory, with a proven track record of delivering initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, combined with solid knowledge of the governance, risk, and compliance considerations associated with their adoption at scale.
• Demonstrated experience designing operating models, governance frameworks, target operating organisations, or enterprise transformation roadmaps in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• A proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C‑level executives, building trusted relationships and translating complex technical topics into clear business outcomes.
• A collaborative and inclusive working style, with the ability to coordinate and inspire multidisciplinary teams while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for shaping the future of AI‑enabled organisations in an ethical and responsible way.

• Type of contract: Permanent employment contract
• Job classification: Metalworking Industry National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico) – Level B3
• Position: Consultant / Senior Consultant
• Gross annual salary (RAL): from €36,907 to €61,700

The salary range indicated has been defined in compliance with European and national legislation on pay transparency. The minimum value of the range corresponds to the minimum salary treatment established by the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the level and position indicated above and does not necessarily represent the starting salary. The compensation offered at the conclusion of the selection process will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, professional experience, level of seniority, and the specific characteristics of the selected profile, in line with the company’s compensation and job classification system, and in accordance with objective and gender‑neutral criteria.

The job offer is intended for both sexes in compliance with Legislative Decree 198/2006. Additionally, we pay attention and sensitivity to future resources belonging to protected categories, pursuant to articles 1 and 18 of Law 68/99.
