iubenda is seeking an enthusiastic IT Sales Intern to join our Sales team. You will support existing clients on technical follow-up, assist with deployment checks, and help roll out new features under supervision.

We offer a hybrid model in Milan or Bologna, with 40 hours per week for 6 months. Requirements: English and Italian, a degree in Economics/Finance or related field, and comfort talking with clients by phone. Prior tech support or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related subjects.
• Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and HTML.
• Full availability for 40 hours a week for 6 months.
• Comfortable speaking with clients over calls and proactive.
• Experience in technical support or customer-facing tech roles is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support existing clients on technical follow-up and rollout planning.
• Assist with deployment checks to ensure compatibility with clients' systems.
• Support rollout of new features for existing clients.
• Help plan and prioritize resolution of client issues with the Sales and Customer Success teams.
