Zusammenfassung

Akamas S.p.A. is seeking a Solutions Engineer/Sales Engineer to bridge deep technical expertise with customer engagement. You will work with prospects and the Sales team to understand challenges, demonstrate Akamas capabilities, design tailored solutions, and lead hands-on PoCs in real customer environments.

The role emphasizes strong Kubernetes knowledge, observability tools, and fluent English, with a remote-first mindset and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifikationen

5+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architectures.
Familiarity with observability tools ( Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana ).
Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders.
Able to balance pre-sales, PoC, and handover to CS.
Fluent English for technical discussions and meetings.

Aufgaben

Lead technical discovery to understand architecture, challenges, and goals.
Deliver demos tailored to engineers, architects, and executives.
Manage and resolve technical inquiries during the sales process.
Lead and execute PoCs in real customer environments.
