Alomana is seeking a driven outbound prospecting professional to join our Milan-based hybrid team. You will build pipeline from scratch, engage target accounts, and move fast toward closing opportunities.

You’ll run discovery, capture MEDDPICC data, and maintain CRM hygiene while collaborating with founders and Account Executives to refine messaging and learn from deals in progress. If you combine ownership, curiosity about AI, and resilience in a fast-growing startup, you’ll grow into a closing
