Jobgether is seeking a Technical Support Engineer based in Italy to help developers and enterprise customers build and operate products on a rapidly evolving generative AI platform.

You will troubleshoot API, authentication, and integration issues, work with engineering and commercial teams, and contribute to product reliability, documentation, and customer experience. This role combines hands-on troubleshooting with technical writing and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Proven experience in technical support or related engineering role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across web platforms, cloud environments, APIs, and backend services.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and API configuration issues.
• Solid understanding of OAuth2, JWT, API keys, and authentication flows.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools in production systems.
• Familiarity with AI platforms or data-intensive applications is valuable.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation abilities.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize under pressure and manage multiple cases.

Mansioni

• Provide advanced technical support across APIs, platform functionality, UI issues and integrations.
• Support users via email, chat, and Slack with high responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot API and integration issues, OAuth, and authentication problems.
• Investigate issues using logs, payloads, and observability data to find root causes.
• Manage support cases within defined SLAs and escalate when needed.
• Reproduce and document bugs, collaborating with engineering for resolutions.
• Offer feedback to improve product reliability and customer experience.
• Assist with feature validation and new releases before production.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting guides and knowledge-base content.
• Improve self-service by improving documentation and guidance.
