Jobtailor is seeking a senior engineer to help build, implement, and deploy agentic platforms for client environments in Italy. The role emphasizes scalable AI-driven solutions and LLM-powered agents across products, processes, and teams.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams to roll out agentic capabilities that integrate with enterprise systems and frameworks. Extensive consulting experience with complex engagements is valued.

Competenze

8+ years of commercial senior engineer experience.
Experience designing agentic platforms with Python and AI frameworks.
Architect LLM orchestration with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen.
Implement multi-agent systems with tool use, memory, decision-making.
Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with enterprise data sources.
Integrate platforms with APIs, data platforms, cloud services.
Configure Kubernetes and deploy workloads.
Design deployment architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid.
Collaborate in cross-functional teams.
Strong consulting experience delivering complex client engagements.
