Baker Hughes Internship Program offers hands-on experience for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or recent graduates. You will gain real process experience across LNG, geothermal, and energy tech, with mentoring and buddy support to help you learn and grow.

There will be opportunities to work on design simulations, learn HS&E practices, and contribute to cross-functional teams on meaningful projects with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering/Technology/Mechanics or STEM-related or business-related program.
• GPA >= 3.0 on 4.0 scale with focus on Thermodynamics, Fluid Dynamics, Process, Computational and/or numerical methods, Control Systems.
• Interest and experience in Tools & SW Development & Testing, Computational & numerical methods, System Modeling with MATLAB/Simulink; Aspen Hysys, Unisim or similar tools.

Mansioni

• Explore & test capabilities of Commercial SWs in BH: ASPEN Hysys, ANSYS Twin Builder, COMSOL.
• Support Digital development programs for design and optimization.
• Collaborate with engineers and interns to meet project goals and address technical challenges.
• Interact with global business leaders and network across teams.
• Learn software to assist with project tasks.
• Provide research, data analysis, and technical support for ongoing projects.
