Baker Hughes offers an Internship Program designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or recent graduates to gain hands-on work experience in a global energy company.

Interns will be mentored, coached, and evaluated on projects that integrate engineering data exchange, digital control, and automation. You will learn HS&E culture and be involved in cross-functional teams across the organization.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related or business-related program.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent required or preferred.
• Strong interest/experience in 3D modeling tools and software like NX, AVEVA e3D, SmartPlant.
• Basic programming experience (e.g., Python) preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Copilot experience a plus.
• Proven ability to generate reports and presentations clearly and concisely.

Mansioni

• Explore and test capabilities of Commercial SWs (AVEVA and NX) for parametric modeling setup of Plant, vessels, and piping.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to achieve project goals and address technical issues.
• Interact with cross-functional teams and interns; network with global business leaders.
• Learn software to assist with project completion and tasks.
• Assist engineers with research, data analysis, and technical support.
• Contribute to design processes, drawings, and prototypes; help develop new products or technologies.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, designs, and project-related information.
